Responsibilities include order entry, CRM usage, reporting, and coordinating with Accounting, Marketing and Purchasing. Associates degree is required; 2 years of admin or office experience preferred.

• Associates or better.
• 2 years: Administrative or general office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides administrative and sales support to the branch by assisting the Business Manager, sales personnel, operations and corporate departments.
• Answers questions, expedites and tracks orders and retrieves information; assists with spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and travel arrangements.
• Supports Operations and Corporate Departments such as Accounting, Quality, Marketing and Purchasing with reporting, document control, and project assistance.
