Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Sales Administrator role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with Order Desk and SYSPRO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• Create and maintain item codes and customer records.
• Coordinate order processing and communicate status to customers.
