Job summary

Living Spaces in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop the team, optimize guest engagement, and drive revenue toward budgeted targets. You will model our engagement approach, support scheduling, and guide ongoing training to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven retail background, and a focus on coaching and performance management to build a skilled, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment is required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach retail team members through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure accurate staffing and scheduling to meet guest demand.
• Model Living Spaces' Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead Sales Floor and Guest Engagement initiatives when assigned.
• Oversee ongoing development training and adherence to the style guide.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture with servant leadership.
