Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a retail team to achieve revenue and budgeted targets through exceptional guest engagement. The role includes staffing, scheduling, and executing Sales Floor Leadership and Customer Engagement on the floor.

You will model the Living Spaces service standard and guide the team through training, feedback, and ongoing development. Qualified candidates have 3+ years supervisory retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Retail experience in direct customer interactions.
• Three years of supervisory experience in retail.
• High volume retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED in any case.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor team members through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure retail store is accurately staffed and assist with scheduling.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement and Sales Floor Leadership on the floor.
• Conduct ongoing development training and performance check-ins with staff.
• Address escalated guest situations and drive resolution and service recovery.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
