Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop team to succeed and improve guest engagement.
• Ensure retail store staffing is accurate and schedules match guest demand.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model in engagements.
• Lead sales floor and guest engagement leadership when assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training for the team.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture and morale.
