Living Spaces in Millbrae is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop a high-performing team and drive guest engagement to meet revenue targets. You will coach, schedule, and staff the store, while ensuring every associate follows the sales proficiency process and style guide.

You will lead daily operations, manage escalated guest issues, and partner with Retail Sales Managers to exceed goals. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop team through the sales proficiency process and ongoing training.
• Staff and schedule the store to match guest demand.
• Model Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during interactions.
• Analyze data to adjust departmental focus and goals.
