Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach store team through our sales proficiency process.
• Staff and schedule to match guest demand and skills.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead Sales Floor Leadership and Guest Engagement activities.
• Address escalated guest situations and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Foster a culture of growth and servant leadership with focus on guests and team.
