Job summary

VIVAIA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support daily storefront operations, coach the sales team, and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience at our Costa Mesa store, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and brand integrity.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, manage merchandising and inventory, coordinate promotional activities, train staff, and ensure accurate transactions and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to support the daily sales floor operations and assist in leading the store team. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. The hourly salary range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
