Job summary

VIVAIA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support daily storefront operations, coach the sales team, and help deliver an outstanding shopping experience at our Costa Mesa store, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and brand integrity.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold brand standards, manage merchandising and inventory, coordinate promotional activities, train staff, and ensure accurate transactions and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in managing daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and visual standards.
• Ensure all customers receive a high level of service, including personalized assistance and product recommendations.
• Monitor sales floor activities to maintain store presentation and customer experience.
• Help with cash handling, transaction accuracy, and maintaining security procedures as needed.
• Support Store Manager in implementing promotional activities and operational initiatives.
