Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the management team in a fast-paced retail environment in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while coordinating store operations and communicating with management.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required in this on-site position.

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. The Sales Supervisor is part of a dynamic team where cooperation is key to achieving business goals.

Requirements
