Job summary

Reformation on King Street in Charleston is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead daily store operations, champion customer experience, and drive sales toward store goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will mentor sales associates and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Actively lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer first mindset
• Contribute to a technology led in-store experience for customers
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback scores on service evaluation through NPS
• Act as brand ambassador and embody brand values
• Uphold inventory accuracy and controls in store through cycle counts and overseeing inventory
• Track metrics for fulfillment, mis-pulls, cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and train alongside leadership
• Maintain store operational procedures and weekly workflow
• Support merchandising presentation strategy and lead staff
• Provide real-time and weekly feedback on sales and allocations to in-store leadership
