Job summary

Reformation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and execute strategies that achieve store goals and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise the sales floor, train associates, and help drive inventory accuracy while embodying the brand values.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to leadership.

Qualifications
