Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create outstanding customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada locations.

You will lead floor sales, front-of-house operations, and team huddles when a manager is away, while sharing Warby Parker's story and driving innovative improvements. The role requires 6+ months in a management role, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• 6+ months of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Promote Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer style advice.
• Foster an inclusive culture with customers and teammates.
• Collaborate on process improvements and store projects.
• Lead team touch-bases and help drive sales performance.
