Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, delivering ambient AI, dictation, intelligent agents, and autonomous RCM that plugs into 60+ EHRs. The Sales Strategy and Ops leader will own the numbers, coach reps, and drive a high-growth sales motion in healthcare.

You will own forecast accuracy, pipeline, territory design, and enablement programs to accelerate revenue and shape the product roadmap through field feedback.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in sales strategy and operations at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and territory or quota planning.
• Directly working with sellers; ability to coach and improve a team.
• Delivers trainings, onboarding, and enablement programs that change how a team sells.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and plan the business with GTM strategy across segments (health systems, practices, FQHCs, behavioral health).
• Own territory design, target setting, and quota allocation and translate goals into field numbers.
• Model capacity and hiring plans for reps, SEs, and implementation resources.
• Design and administer sales compensation and SPIFs to drive required behaviors.
