As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll scale infrastructure, shape architectural direction, and raise the bar on reliability and performance across web apps, enabling thousands of practices nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development with React/Vue, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong architectural skills for scalable, reliable web apps.
• Experience leading multi-month, high-impact projects.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend engineering and performance optimization.
• Experience designing APIs and optimizing database performance.
• Excellent debugging and observability practices.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Excellent communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical direction of the practice management platform to scale for thousands of practices and millions of users.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability to ensure seamless user experiences during rapid growth.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams for high availability and resilience.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Lead high-impact projects balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
• Work with product and design teams to deliver intuitive healthcare provider experiences.
