Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Product Sales Strategy and Operations professional in Chicago to drive go-to-market design, resource planning, quota setting and analytics. You will partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver monthly business reviews.

You will automate dashboards, build reports using SQL, Tableau and Salesforce, and scale systems and tools to improve efficiency across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in sales/operations, data analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
• Experience with large, imperfect data sets and scalable reporting.
• Advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
• Knowledge of sales data: accounts, opportunities and revenue.
• Experience in Salesforce.com as a user and report developer.
• Clear, proactive communication and bias for action.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage system, process and data queries from Product Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Support Rhythm of Business with weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews.
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Sheets and Slides.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of downstream reporting.
• Design and implement system/process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze issues.
• Document business requirements and user stories.
• Create user-friendly enablement materials.
