Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Data Analyst to support the AMER Velocity business. You will improve the quality of sales analytics, standardize reporting, and develop scalable data tools with cross‑functional partners to enable analytically driven decisions.

You will own operating cadences, build dashboards, and translate insights into strategic recommendations to shape annual planning, territory design, and quota management, while helping leadership act on data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in B2B sales strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving.
• Ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce and SQL.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel modeling.
• Experience building scalable dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence.
• Develop insights on Velocity sales funnel and performance.
• Analyze sales data to inform annual planning (territory design, quotas).
• Develop and manage project plans for stakeholder requests.
• Build centralized dashboards and automate data insights.
