Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
• 0-2 years experience in sales operations, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Understanding of commercial and bid tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to grasp complex financial concepts.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to interface at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop strategy for proposals and bid pursuits to keep Parexel competitive.
• Coordinate and analyze ongoing customer engagements and feed insights back to Commercial and Delivery.
• Interview Project Leaders after LPI milestone to document challenges and lessons learned.
• Communicate project challenges and lessons learned to teams.
• Develop and execute Sales Operations activities aligned with strategies.
• Develop processes to deliver timely actionable information to Management.
• Work with BD, Marketing, Finance, Operations to identify trends and needs.
• Monitor and refine data collection processes to improve productivity.
