Excellus BCBS is offering a paid 10-week Summer College Internship Program designed for current undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects across Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Training, and Leadership teams, with mentorship and development workshops to bridge school and corporate life.

The program runs June to August, up to 40 hours per week, and includes a capstone project to improve sales enablement, resources, and onboarding.

Formación

• Undergraduate/graduate student in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Admin, Analytics or related programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, or AI-enabled tools is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales and Service teams on strategic initiatives across Commercial Markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Training, and Leadership on projects.
• Develop standardized program overviews, resources, and quick-reference tools.
• Deliver a capstone presentation to Commercial Markets leadership.
