Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma and continuous college enrollment
• Must be in good academic standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop computer use in a professional setting
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support key strategic initiatives across Commercial Markets Sales and Account Service
• Gain exposure to health insurance, sales operations, account management, customer experience and business analytics
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Service, Marketing, Training and Leadership teams on projects
• Assist with the Sales Effectiveness & Resource Optimization Initiative
• Participate in development workshops and mentorship throughout the internship
• Present recommendations to leadership at internship end
