Job summary

Excellus BCBS is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on core business concepts.

Tracks include Business Administration, IT, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, and more. Interns may work in technical or non-technical areas; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Desire to study business, management, or related fields and pursue internships.
• Interest in Sales or customer interaction is a plus.
• Must be enrolled full-time in a college or graduate program and maintain good academic standing.
• Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist broker support for direct pay Medicare under supervision.
• Attend broker events and help with collateral distribution.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver tasks as assigned.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship conclusion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
