Job summary

Excellus BCBS offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and participate in development workshops focused on key business concepts.

Interns may explore tracks across Business Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, HR, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing and more. Housing is not provided, and the program runs from early June through August.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Support legal department tasks including legal research and writing.
• Work with a mentor on key strategic projects.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
