Job summary

Mythics, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA. You will support the Sales Solutions team, manage customer data, generate quotes, and process orders from RFQs/RFPs. Strong customer service and organization are essential as you engage with customers and partners to drive closures.

The role offers in-office days (Tue/Thu) with a collaborative team environment and full-time hours. Local knowledge of Oracle solutions and the federal contracting context is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams or customer-facing roles.
• Two to four years of related admin/support experience or training.
• Must be in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and generate leads through calls and campaigns.
• Support the sales team in securing business with knowledge of products and services.
• Adhere to sales policies to ensure consistent customer engagement.
• Create and log reports, support tickets, and process deals for sales representatives.
• Generate accurate sales quotes for sales reps and management.
• Maintain opportunities in the CRM system and ensure order processing.
