Job summary

Mythics, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the Support Solutions Sales team through the full sales cycle. You will manage the customer database, generate quotes, process orders, and assist with RFQs and RFPs.

Role requires customer service focus, collaboration with sales leadership, and in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The position includes performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years related experience or training.
• 2 years of admin support in a sales or customer service role.
• Must be in office Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and generate leads through calls and campaigns aligned with company initiatives.
• Support the sales team in securing business using competitive sales strategies and product knowledge.
• Create accurate sales quotes and log deals in the CRM system.
• Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce and process orders.
