Job summary

Mythics, LLC in Virginia Beach seeks a Sales Specialist to support the Support Solutions Sales team through the full sales cycle, including managing the customer database, generating quotes, processing orders, and supporting RFQs/RFPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required plus 2–4 years of related experience or training.
• Minimum of two years experience providing administrative support in a sales environment or customer service role.
• Must be in office Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and generate leads through call blitzes and promotional campaigns.
• Support the sales team in securing business using competitive sales strategies and product knowledge.
• Adhere to established sales policies to ensure consistent customer engagement.
• Provide administrative support by generating reports and processing deals.
• Create accurate sales quotes for representatives and RFP responses.
• Maintain opportunities in the Salesforce CRM including history and orders.
• Respond to RFQs and manage the sales cycle to completion.
• Communicate with customers and follow up as needed.
• Participate in customer calls and manufacturer forecast meetings.
