Lowe's in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Sales Specialist who will be one of the first people customers meet, helping them find products and turn ideas into reality in a fast-paced store environment.

You will become the product expert, explain specifications, promotions, and financing options to close sales, and deliver consultative service to meet customer needs across multiple departments.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external customer-facing sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education requirement is not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals or metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating the advantages of Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking customer orders/installations, and following up to ensure project completion.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales, coordinating with vendors and other stores to find merchandise and order replacements.
• Perform price reviews and ensure pricing and documentation accuracy.
• Support all checkout functions, calls for assistance, and department pages.
• Train associates in the department through on-the-job coaching and development discussions.
• Complete other duties as assigned
