Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or 6 months Lowe's retail experience.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling orders and installations.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock merchandise.
• Assist with price reviews and maintenance of pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and train associates on the sales floor.
