Job summary

Lowe’s in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and transform ideas into reality. You’ll be the product expert, informing customers about specs, features, and financing options to close sales.

You will work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, and more, delivering courteous service, answering questions, and supporting store goals with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as contact for customers and vendors within your department for orders and installations.
• Support checkout functions and assist with price reviews.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach for development.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
