Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to home improvement solutions in-store. You will become the product expert, explain features and financing options, and drive sales while delivering friendly, proactive service.

The role covers multiple departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, and more, with on-site work and opportunities for growth through bonus programs and training.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• Sales-related licensure or registration if required by state (Lowe’s will support).

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates and scheduling installer visits.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors and stores.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support all checkout functions and store communications.
• Train associates in the department and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
