Job summary

HFI seeks a Sales Support Specialist to back our sales team by answering queries and enabling efficient order processing. You will analyze sales metrics, provide data and guides to the sales team, and help develop sales strategies in collaboration with account managers.

Strong teamwork, customer service excellence and experience with ERP/CRM are essential; this full-time role is based in Troy, MI. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and customer service experience, hands-on ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
• Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators.
