Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to ensure an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members. The SSM will hire and develop the team, drive member acquisition and retention, and achieve sales and fitness revenue targets.

The role emphasizes leadership excellence, effective communication, and collaboration with the GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience and meet club targets.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales & Service staff.
• Lead sales and service to provide tailored product/service offerings.
• Set and monitor sales goals; review club statistics with GM.
• Coordinate local club marketing activities and lead management.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new members and support attainment of goals.
• Foster a clean, welcoming, member-centric club environment.
