Job summary

Total Wine & More in Sanford, NC seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will report to the store management team and help lead training, coaching, and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

The role requires 1–3 years in a supervisory retail role, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Benefit offerings include PTO, health plan options, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
