Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager for our Portland club. You will lead a Sales and Service team to deliver a full spectrum of fitness, retail, and service offerings, building relationships and driving member acquisition and retention.

You’ll partner with the GM to ensure a best-in-class guest experience and club performance. The role emphasizes coaching, training, schedule management, and the attainment of department targets through effective team leadership and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR and AED certification from an approved organization.
• Prior management experience in service sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales and Service team members to meet member needs.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS fitness packages, retail and club offerings.
• Set and monitor monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals with GM.
• Coordinate local club marketing activities and lead management.
• Ensure onboarding plans help members achieve health goals and maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and partner with training teams.
