Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Beaverton is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club’s sales and service strategy, hire and develop a high-performing team, and drive member acquisition and retention through tailored product and service offerings.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and collaboration with the General Manager to meet revenue targets while delivering a best-in-class member experience. This is a full-time, on-site position in Beaverton, Oregon.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership and team development skills.
• Candidates should be fluent in guest and member engagement.
• Experience in service sales and fitness/heath club operations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead sales efforts including new member sales, EFT, POS packages, retail.
• Develop local club marketing activities and review weekly numbers.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
