24 Hour Fitness seeks a Sales and Service Manager to lead club sales, service and guest experience initiatives. You will recruit, coach and develop the Sales and Service team while driving member acquisition and retention through tailored offerings.

In this role you’ll manage performance, set local sales goals, collaborate with the GM, and execute club marketing to achieve revenue targets and a best-in-class member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current CPR and AED from approved organization.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead team to provide members with product and service offerings tailored to needs.
• Coach and assess team performance and engagement.
• Oversee ongoing training to ensure exceptional member service.
• Meet department targets for new member sales and fitness revenue.
