Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a proven track record of success.
• 2–4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3–10+ employees in a team environment with measurable employee development and promotion outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams to implement member and team initiatives through a strong service culture.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire with company-supported training.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire (NASM/ISSA) or related degree may satisfy this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and revenue streams to exceed targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals.
