Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to ensure an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members at our Gladstone club. The SSM will hire and develop a high-performing team, drive member acquisition and retention, and oversee attainment of sales and fitness revenue targets.

The role emphasizes leadership excellence, ongoing training, and collaboration with the General Manager to maintain a member-centric environment and execute local club marketing

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development experience in a sales/service environment.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and communicate across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of member-focused sales and service strategies.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to offer full product and service offerings tailored to members.
• Manages performance, schedule and budgeted hours for coverage.
• Responsible for attainment of department targets (new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, retention).
• Partner with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience and drive initiatives.
