Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to lead the club's sales and service team and deliver a member-centric experience. The role focuses on hiring, coaching, and driving member acquisition and retention through personalized fitness, product, and service offerings.

The SSM will partner with the General Manager to meet targets in new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, and retention while ensuring exceptional guest service in a dynamic club environment.
