Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to elevate the club's sales and service experience. You will hire, coach and develop the Sales and Service team, lead efforts to meet member needs, and drive new member sales, fitness revenue and retention.

Responsibilities include setting goals, managing schedules, coordinating local marketing, and ensuring exceptional service in a member-centric environment. Travel up to 10% for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Positive and productive leadership and coaching of diverse teams.
• Strong member-centric focus with in-person engagement.
• Ability to respond professionally to guest and member inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and fosters development of Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to provide tailored product and service offerings and drives member engagement.
