Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) in California to lead the club’s sales and service teams, drive member acquisition and retention, and maximize revenue from memberships, fitness services and retail. The SSM hires, trains and coaches staff, ensuring a member-centric experience and strong execution of company goals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service staff.
• Lead sales efforts for new memberships, EFT, POS and retail.
• Ensure on-boarding and member engagement plans are executed.
• Collaborate with GM on marketing and revenue targets.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and high service standards.
• Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
