Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC in Long Beach, CA seeks a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club's sales and service teams, drive member acquisition and retention, and deliver a superior guest experience.

You will hire and develop staff, manage performance and schedules, and coordinate with the GM to optimize revenue and member satisfaction across fitness, membership and retail offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR and AED certification from approved organization.
• Minimum 1–2 years of service sales experience; fitness industry preferred.
• Prior management experience in service sales with 4–10 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to offer tailored product/service offerings to members.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and coverage within budget.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS fitness packages, retail and club offerings.
• On-board new members with plans to achieve health goals and retention.
• Collaborate with GM to review sales numbers and adjust strategy.
