You will coach and develop team members, ensure SOP compliance, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and oversee store programs including Loyalty Rewards, protection plans, and omni-channel services (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer-service focus and coaching ability.
• Experience with POS and self-checkout operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and ensure SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protection plans to increase customer retention.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain storefront operations.
