Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, providing MOD coverage, managing pricing and promotions, and maintaining in-stock levels while coaching a frontline team in a fast-paced retail setting.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to maintain customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stock flow, and replenishment accuracy to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning, prioritize daily tasks, and align staffing with business needs.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and sales floor recovery for a clean store.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction
