Job summary

Michaels in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Merchandise Manager who will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.

You will lead workload planning, inventory control, and store readiness, provide MOD coverage, and develop team members while upholding SOPs and company programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and ensure compliance with company programs.
• Oversee truck processing and inventory routines for accurate in-stock levels.
• Execute planogram sets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
