Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s in business preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and service-focused attitude.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with packing house teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in order entry and marketing tasks for both domestic and import citrus.
• Support sales agents and team with current customer relationships.
• Provide fruit samples and packaging information.
• Collaborate with production and Supply/Demand to gather info for the sales team.
• Respond quickly and accurately to support customer needs.
• Coordinate scheduling, manage projects and deadlines.
• Maintain changing Customer Spec Sheets.
• Perform other duties as directed.
