Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Service Commercial organization. You will manage PO execution, service sales operations, and contract workflow, coordinating between customers and multiple internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely invoicing, and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, sales operations, or sales process management.
• Proficiency with CRM/CLM systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and support order execution activities.
• Coordinate with Service Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contract Management to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and CLM systems.
• Support quote generation, lead-time confirmations, and customer inquiries.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with invoice tracking and resolution of administrative issues.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and sales operation metrics as required.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs and business processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Service Commercial team.
