Qualifikationen

• Experience processing orders in a service capacity environment.

• Working knowledge of inventory, production and supply chain processes.
• Preference for SAP experience and ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Process system generated and manual orders in SAP, ensuring accurate pricing and master data.
• Monitor orders from receipt to invoice for assigned accounts.
• Communicate issues to customers, brokers, or Sales Directors for resolution.
• Monitor reports daily to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and maintain data profiles per customer.
