Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking a Returns Specialist to own the Pick-Up Request process and ensure returns are tracked, resolved, and recorded across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and contract manufacturers to keep returns moving and data clean.

Responsibilities include data synchronization, issue resolution with carriers and vendors, and analyzing trends to drive process improvements while maintaining inventory accuracy in line with company policy

Qualifications

Experience in reverse logistics, order administration, or sales operations.
Fluency with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
Ability to manage multiple return workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, keeping return requests moving on schedule.
Keep return data in sync across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce for consistency.
Resolve return issues with logistics partners and internal teams.
Turn return trend data into concrete process improvements to reduce cycle time and errors.
Maintain inventory accuracy across systems while complying with policy and shipping regulations.
Work from the Santa Clara HQ office in-office environment as per policy.
