Responsibilities

• Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, keeping returns moving on schedule.
• Keep return data in sync across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce for consistency.
• Resolve return issues between logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams.
• Turn data into process improvements to reduce cycle time and errors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across systems while complying with policy and shipping rules.
