Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listening to needs and building trust.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tires, warranties, and financing options.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, costs.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and complete checkout.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
